What gets scored on my calls?

We evaluate your opening and hook, discovery questions, objection handling, rapport building, confidence level, and closing technique. Each area gets a score out of 10 with specific suggestions for improvement.

How quickly do I get feedback?

Your scorecard is typically ready within a few minutes of ending your call. You'll receive it by email and can view it in your dashboard.

Can I see the full transcript?

Yes. Every call includes a full transcript showing exactly what you said and how the prospect responded. This is invaluable for reviewing your technique and sharing with managers or coaches.

What are the advanced analytics?

Every call includes talk ratio (how much you spoke vs listened), question count, objection tracking, and progress comparisons against your previous calls.

Can I create custom scoring criteria for my team?

Yes. You can build custom scorecards matching your sales methodology. Whether you use BANT, MEDDIC, or your own framework, you can define the criteria that matter most to your team.

Pricing & Billing

How does pricing work?

We use pay-as-you-go pricing. Practice calls are charged per minute, and Call Insights reports are charged per report. You only pay for what you use. Usage is billed at the end of each month.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New users get 30 free minutes to try out practice calls. No credit card required to sign up.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You'll only pay for usage up to the cancellation date. No cancellation fees.

Do you offer team or volume discounts?

Yes. If you're training a sales team, contact us for volume pricing, shared analytics dashboards, and custom scorecards tailored to your methodology.

Privacy & Security

Does your AI train on my call recordings?

No. Your recordings and transcripts are never used to train AI models. Your data stays yours.

Is my call data private?

Absolutely. Your calls and transcripts are private to your account. We don't share your data with third parties or use it to train AI models. You can delete your data at any time.

Are my calls recorded?

Yes, calls are recorded and transcribed to provide your feedback and scorecards. These recordings are stored securely and only accessible to you. You can delete them at any time from your dashboard.

How do you handle my payment information?

We use Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. Your card details are never stored on our servers - they're handled entirely by Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure.
