Ask Claude and other AI assistants about your calls

Connect Claude, Cursor or any MCP-compatible AI assistant to your Call Insights data and ask about scores, reports and transcripts in plain English.

You can now connect AI assistants like Claude and Cursor directly to your Call Insights data. Once connected, ask questions in plain English, like "Which of my agents scored lowest on objection handling this month?" or "Summarise the action plan from Sarah's last discovery call", and the assistant pulls the answer straight from your graded calls.

How it works

We've added an MCP server, the open standard most AI assistants use to connect to other tools. It works with your existing API keys, so there's nothing new to set up on our side. Head to Settings, then Integrations, and open AI Assistants (MCP) for copy-and-paste setup for Claude Code, Claude Desktop and Cursor.

Your assistant can look up agents and their average scores, check the status of an uploaded call, read full reports including transcripts, and see your scorecards. It can only read data, so it can't upload calls or change anything in your account.

What else we've shipped

  • The API documentation now includes an MCP Server section, and it's included when you copy the docs as Markdown
