Practice calls in your browser
You can now start a practice session directly from your dashboard without needing a phone. Click "Start Practice" and you'll be connected to an AI prospect through your browser. Works with any microphone, including your laptop's built-in one.
This is perfect for quick practice sessions between meetings, or when you want to warm up before a real call without finding a quiet space to make a phone call.
Scorecard templates
Creating a new scorecard no longer means starting from scratch. You can now choose from four proven sales frameworks: MEDDIC, BANT, SPIN, and SPICED. Select a template and it pre-fills the categories and criteria for you. Tweak it to match your team's process, or use it as-is.
You can also clone any existing scorecard. Found a setup that works well for one team? Duplicate it and adjust for another.
Upload call recordings from the web
If you're using Call Insights to grade real sales calls, you no longer need to use the API. Head to the Uploaded Calls section and you can drag and drop audio files directly, or paste a URL to a recording.
The grading process works exactly the same as before. Your recording gets transcribed, scored against your scorecard, and you'll receive a detailed report.
