# Cold Call Coach > AI sales roleplay and call grading. Salespeople practise cold calls, discovery calls and objection handling with realistic AI prospects in the browser, then get a scorecard with feedback. Teams upload real sales call recordings with Call Insights to have them transcribed and graded against their own scorecards. ## Key facts - Practice runs in the browser. There is no app to install and no phone number to call. - 25+ scenarios across five conversation types: cold calls, discovery calls, product demos, renewals and voicemail. - AI prospects raise real objections, such as "we already use a competitor", "it's not in the budget" and "send me an email". They warm up only if the salesperson handles the call well. - After each call the user gets a scorecard (opening, discovery, objection handling, rapport, confidence and closing, each scored out of 10), a full transcript and talk-ratio analytics. - Teams can build custom scorecards for their own sales methodology, such as BANT or MEDDIC. - Call Insights: upload real call recordings (file or URL) for transcription, grading, coaching feedback and webhook delivery. Available through the web app and a REST API with per-organisation API keys. - MCP server: Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients can read Call Insights data (agents, scores, reports, transcripts) with an API key. The server is read-only. - Recordings and transcripts are never used to train AI models. ## Pricing - Pay as you go. There are no plan tiers or seat licences. - £0.25 per practice minute and £2.00 per Call Insights report. US customers pay the same amounts in US dollars. - New users get 30 free practice minutes. Sign-up needs a name, email address and company. No credit card is required. - Teams can contact us for volume pricing. ## Pages - [Home](https://coldcall.coach/index.md): Overview of practice calls and Call Insights - [Pricing](https://coldcall.coach/pricing.md): Pay-as-you-go prices and free trial minutes - [FAQs](https://coldcall.coach/faqs.md): How practice works, scoring, billing and privacy - [Solutions](https://coldcall.coach/solutions.md): Overview of solutions for sales leaders - [Protect your pipeline](https://coldcall.coach/solutions/protect-your-pipeline.md): A safe place for reps to practise before they call real prospects - [Grade calls at scale](https://coldcall.coach/solutions/grade-calls-at-scale.md): AI review and scoring of real calls for teams - [Ramp new hires](https://coldcall.coach/solutions/ramp-new-hires.md): Faster onboarding with realistic practice - [AI vs traditional roleplay](https://coldcall.coach/comparisons/ai-vs-traditional-roleplay.md): How AI roleplay compares with manager-led roleplay - [Contact](https://coldcall.coach/contact.md): Team and volume pricing enquiries ## Use cases - [Sales onboarding](https://coldcall.coach/use-cases/onboarding.md): Help new hires ramp up with realistic practice - [Pre-call warm-up](https://coldcall.coach/use-cases/pre-call-warmup.md): Short practice sessions before important calls - [Skill development](https://coldcall.coach/use-cases/skill-development.md): Ongoing training for experienced reps - [Sales hiring](https://coldcall.coach/use-cases/hiring.md): Assess candidates with the same roleplay scenario - [QA at scale](https://coldcall.coach/use-cases/qa-at-scale.md): Grade and analyse real sales calls across a team ## Industries - [SaaS](https://coldcall.coach/industries/saas.md): Discovery and demo coaching for SaaS sales teams - [Insurance](https://coldcall.coach/industries/insurance.md): Objection handling practice for insurance agents - [Recruiting](https://coldcall.coach/industries/recruiting.md): Business development and candidate call practice for recruiters - [Real estate](https://coldcall.coach/industries/real-estate.md): Seller call and instruction practice for estate agents - [Financial services](https://coldcall.coach/industries/financial-services.md): Prospecting practice for financial advisers - [Professional services](https://coldcall.coach/industries/professional-services.md): Call review for consulting, accounting and agency teams ## Blog: Sales Techniques - [Account Research That Actually Matters: What to Look For Before Sales Calls](https://coldcall.coach/blog/account-research-that-matters.md): Most pre-call research is superficial.
